Well, I do not see any psychology here. It is too slick and stylized for that. It is a beautiful figure study, well posed, well lit, and with an interesting mirror effect.

Looking at some comments, I'm wondering if people are looking at this long enough to realize that it is two different photos? I really hope they are, as to me, this is part of the true brilliance of this shot! Wonderful piece of work!

Michael - Absolutely brilliant. The top pose embraces her beauty as a woman and the bottom her beauty as an expectant mother. Both poses also portray her extreme confidence. Excellent tones.

This is probably the fifth time I have looked at this, and the first time that I realized the top and bottom are not the same image. I am not to pretend that I have any advice, but I think the belly is overexposed on both. Face and legs are awesomely toned though.
