jake mccarthy 0 Posted October 19, 2004 Where are we here? There is no defining characteristics at all. With some filter work, this could be great wall art at a resturant. 5/5 Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted October 21, 2004 It's amazing how new growth springs up when something rather devastating has happened. You'll see that in burned forests and obviously in landslides, too. Great variety of colors and textures. Link to comment
davidroossien 0 Posted October 31, 2004 I like the repeating diagonals sliding from the upper left to the lower right. I might have tried another shot framed just above the foreground rock and included more of the valley in the distance. The evergreens form the 1st layer, then the yellow, then the rocks, and then the dark upper region. Link to comment
sunapeephoto 0 Posted November 1, 2004 Your suggestion makes sense. May have been some physical impediment to doing so, if I visit here again I may try it. Compared to some other hikes I have taken recently, this one was a long way to get to this, plus some falls that I didn't capture very well and the people on this trail were not dog friendly and since my Brittanies go everywhere with me, we may not revisit this site. paul pinkley 0 Posted November 2, 2004 Good work, the foreground really pops but I do think a ND filter may have helped. Link to comment
