Britannia Beach B&W

flynn

It was f:16 and time around 1/45 of second. I used Hoya B1 Skylight filter. And In Photoshop I desaturated the foreground stone and a little bit brought Provia-like colours to live, but saturation was only minor. So the lightning conditions are close to real situation at the shooting location.

I tested my new lens Canon EF 17-40mm L f4 last year at Britannia

Beach 50km north of Vancouver on Sea to Sky Highway from Vancouver

to Whistler (Winter Olympic games 2010). Please some comments.

always enjoy your work... and this one is no exception... very nice. Love the variety of shapes in this pic. Is that smoke from some kind of factory in the distance?
