The "glow" effect seems really out of place, and next time a larger aperture could blur some of the background giving a nicer effect.

The "aura" seems really weird in this situation... It does make the photo very striking though.

Aside from the glow, what most stands out is how clean he is. Is he supposed to be a street person, or just someone who took a nap on a bench?
