henrimanguy 0 Posted October 9, 2004 There is many standing stones (menhirs, dolmens and covered paths) in Britanny, and the site of Carnac is famous all over the world with its alignments of thousands of stones. It is become difficult to photograph them since the stones are surrounded by fences, but it is nevertheless possible to shoot those which are near the fence by inserting the lens of the camera into a mesh of the fence. colin carron 58,916 Posted October 10, 2004 Great atmosphere. I found Carnac impossible to photograph but I was there in the hottest part of the day. Nice work! Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted October 11, 2004 Hey Colin, I can say it to you, I am a big cheat. This photo was taken at about 6 P.M. I have changed the sky and darken the ground and stones (just in a way to practice with PhotoShop and see if I was able to make something realist. It seems that it is not too wrong). Thank you. rulon 0 Posted October 12, 2004 One of your best. A difficult exposure control situation. Well composed on the spot, solid DDR. I'm OK with the green forground. Link to comment
