darrellwhittle 0 Posted October 7, 2004 Dionys Lovely shot and a great example of using a eyecatching focal point to add scale and interest. Two comments: would a different light have been poss'? it would bring out so much more detail from the sand and second, my own feeling is the sky loses out to the foreground and a little less sky and more foreground would lift the vehicles into a horizontal third and improve an already good pic IMO'. I note you are shooting RAW with a D100. I am just toying with the idea of getting Capture 4 and going RAW with my D100. Any points? What software do you use? Do you shoot RAW all the time? Do you post process with RAW software or in PS primarily? Any other tips? Cheers Darrell Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted October 7, 2004 Wow, really puts things into perspective with regards to size. Nice color, detail and light use. Wonderful composition! Love the way the diagonal lines in the sand lead me right to the cars. Link to comment
dionysmoser 0 Posted October 7, 2004 hi Darrell James Thank you for your Critiques! you ask: I take all the pictures with RAW. Then I put them Through Photoshop. But you need a plugin, to develope teh Raw in to TIFF. I think for me ist the best way. Regards Dionys Link to comment
