I think the light hanging detracts from this a little.
Really? Interesting. The light does give it a different perspective and it is something that should definitely be appreciated. I'm always curious about what goes on in the mind when taking the actual shot. I had a similar situation with one of my photos. Read Steve Kelmer's comment and then my response. Maybe you could give some of your insight as to if you agree with Steve or not. Thanks ;)
Eric, this is interesting. The perspective almost gives the sensation of vertigo. The lamp plays an important role here -- leave it.
