I like the simplicity as well as the use of light. Was this done with natural or artificial lighting?

Natural light. There's an open door just to the right of frame

Ah, that machine on the left, I haven't see one for years. It brings me back to my childhood. It's a honey extractor, isn't it? We are calling it a "centrifuge". You put the heavy honey-combs on the vertical frames inside it and start to rotate the wheel. And the honey starts to flow moved by the centrifugal force you created with the wheel.
