lancemcvay 1 Posted October 5, 2004 This past summer was the hottest and driest on record here in Southeast Alaska, and seems to have provided us with spectacular fall color in a region that doesn't usually receive a whole lot. Generally, Devil's Club, Oplopanax horridus, goes from href="http://www.xxxwasabi. org/gallery/albums/userpics/LisasTrip/3721912.devilsclubleafunderside. jpg"target="new">summer's green to ragged shreds in our typical rainy, windy weather this time of year. I was very pleased to see this group of leaves on my daily drive to and from work. After four or five times by when I either had no time to stop or the light wasn't good, I was able to get this photo. Comments or critiques always appreciated. Link to comment
