I would say experiment with the lights more.. She's perfectly lit up... cast some shadows so you can see some of her facial contours... Front and back lighting usually works better for portraits... You have a beautiful model here... I like her make up and expression... But with dark hair it's usually better to use a light background...

The shoulders are too square on for me. I'd have taken a step to the left or right and maybe even up a bit higher. Love the lighting and expresion. I'd have used a hair light though rather than changing to a light background.
