stephan dietrich 0 Posted October 3, 2004 Sometimes nature naturally presents a framed picture. Link to comment
matt_brandon 0 Posted October 3, 2004 good choice to use the angles of the fallen and standing aspens (?) as the focus. too many "natural" and landscapes offer nothing more than an ordinary view of trees and terrain. Nicely done. Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 65 Posted October 3, 2004 I would frankly prefer a rather ordinary picture of this extraordinary country. Link to comment
holmesj181 0 Posted October 3, 2004 a calm scene, but the birches say "don't go there'! Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted October 4, 2004 Stephan, I'm with Matt on this one. The foreground Aspens set this scene apart from the ordinary by providing an unusual framing element. A colourful but rather ordinary scene without them. The soft lighting allowed much shadow detail and saturated colours to be revealed. Best, LM. Link to comment
