great photo. I like the swans against the the plant. It is nature dealing with technology. Good Job 6/7

WOW I can see this picture in the cover of Time Magazine or something like that!

Good thing you ended the whole film on this shot.

Marvelous, marvelous capture! Where on earth does one even find a juxtapositon like this. Gotta love that reflection. Perhaps a little further improvement is to rotate image slightly counterclockwise and remove a teeny bit of cyan? Very cool!

Green-cyan is a important part of communication of this picture. Green-cyan will by associated with industrial contamination and poison. At least in german area. So I must decide to do more aesteticaly or communicative. The last is my favourite.

In this plant area there is a sea and there are dead trees in. Looks very mystic and diabolish with plan in background. If any photograph would publish this photo in local newspaper there, they would habe problems I think.

I have a prob rating this pic. Nothing is stated as to whats been manipulated here...could be anything...layered whatever. Was this shot truly the scene we are seeing or have the geeze been added? Pretty important to the value i would think. To me if its two scenes put together its worthless so thats why i'm asking. thanks.

The cropping is a little uncomfortable on the left ,like the tower is hurrying to make it into the photo :) - Also it looks like you turned it to hide the leaning of the stack. Problem is that it seems to curve away in the reflection, which offsets the balance. Still, there is HUGE potential to WIN this! (link)... Very well done!

The photo ist not layered. It`s really one scene. The swans were there exact in the place where they are now. The thing is, I`ve already invested in color charakter, when I shooted it with polarizer. So now I can intensify colors. By the way the main color charakter was in the picture already. From the kind of this picture I see it stands in the same raw with "braveheart" by A.B van der Weide.

So like the kind of these pictures is... it is imposible to shoot it absolut perfectly. Other posibility is to make the deal with swans for food, but there is no propability, they swim exact the place :o) Besides I haven`t any crumbs at this time. You have probably some seconds to shoot. You must decide to optics, you must start the camera, you have to turn polorizer right and you must decide the crop and composite with background and at least choose aperture. So It`s was really a short work flash.

I`ve just looked at the dia and was happy, that whole plant is available. I`ve scanned at home, so it has middle quality. I will try to scan it with high end scanner.

What a great captured scene! The contrast is so interesting! Love the colors and everything. And I don't give a good #%&?/( if it's manipulated or not, it would be a great accomplishment anyway!
