Very nicely done, Linda. I like the series of curves at the right, as well as the lower distorted reflections.

 

Glad to see someone shooting with the AE-1. I have two of them, one from 1982 and one I picked up on Ebay as a backup. (I couldn't let those old lenses just sit there just because Canon made them obsolete.)

Unusual angle, colors, *and* a strange reflection; but I'm not sure it actually adds up to anything for me.

i shoot with AE 1's also, i like them alot. So what if its not digital.

You're right Sarah. The ratings are all over the place. That is so great! I love to present things that are out of the ordinary...you never know who will respond to it!

this is a very fun, colorful shot with an interesting perspective, has a vitality from the sweeping quality and colors; it is a lovely, clever, playful, original rendition of the block involved. the scene itself was likely just a prop for your creativity and skill -- which as usual are ample.

As long as you put the reflection down on the form when you checked out the car they can't touch you for it. I'm an FE2 person myself.
