Impressionistic photography has always appealed to me. It forces the appreciator to view it as an art form, not merely as a mimetic medium. It is a style you certainly have a handle on. Kudos!

Jayme, the process is fairly simple for most of these shots. Zoom telephoto (I use 74-300 at 300mm usually), polarizer, warming filter. Set ISO to 100 @ f22 and try to get an exposure time of a 1/2 to 2 seconds. Try to find a subject with interesting colors and is evenly lit. Then move the camera during exposure and hopefully get something that is pleasing to the eye. This is really a trial and error process. Then adjust levels and contrast in PS, and perhaps do some dodging and burning. That's about it. I hope that helps.
