I love your work. But this one, I am less sure of. Purely from personal aestetics, I prefer other picture you had, where there are 3 colors, or 2 colors and the sky. There effect is very strong, moody and evocative. Here the eye is unsettled a bit, I am not sure why. But this is just my personal opinion, and the photograph is very vivid and techically superb.

Nothing personal against you Kevin, but that is exactly what I hate digital photography ! Manipulation!! I would never know, looking at a picture, whether this was what the photographer saw and wanted us to see or this was all done on the computer! I will never know whether a landscape really existed or it was peaces and bits gathered together to "make" a picture ! Anybody can do it and you dont even need a camera to do that !!

Should we not be Photographers, not "Photoshopographers" ??

As it is it is a nice work of PS. But, I refuse to rate it as a photo created by a person behind the camera.

Just my personal opinion !

I'm not a professional but I do love photography and would like to say few words with regards to this photo. The photo looks nice until you look closely you start noticing it isn't real but digitally manipulated + it requires more adjustment to make it better (notice the line between the green and the yellow and the spots on the blue sky at the top right side). I personally do use PS and love working with it but I do prefer taking original shots and when it's necessary I would make some adjustments to my images e.g. (crop, sharpen, etc.). I also took the opportunity and looked at some of the other photos you've taken and I could see some of your work looks very good.

Whew..tough crowd tonight, Kevin.

This and your other photos(some might challenge this) is aesthetically pleasing as always regardless of photoshop tweaks.

So where do we, as photographers, draw the line between using and abusing Photoshop?
