Endless sight of dead trees in a dying lake

I tried to capture the eerie effect of being among hundreds of dead

trees in a dying lake within outback New South Wales.

if I had to gues I would say that the photographer was right handed and that this image was captured without a tripod, this due to the tilted horizon line. again a different time of day would have made this image work , but without the lighting the image is lost
