david robinson 0 Posted September 13, 2004 Great detail in the foreground. I really like the footsteps. Your elements here really come together Dave. This is a beautiful shot. Link to comment
kyang 0 Posted September 14, 2004 Dave, this one seems to be better than the other one because the foreground is much stronger while the background is almost as strong. Really good work. Link to comment
cristina_fumi 0 Posted September 14, 2004 very nice warm color and I like the snake of water that leads the eyes towards the sun Link to comment
martin_paul 0 Posted September 14, 2004 Awesome! Love the light, who wouldn't? All it needs now IMHO are some swans! ;) Regards, Martin. Link to comment

stephengalea 0 Posted September 15, 2004 Dave want an image!!! amazing I said wow what a shot..A great curved lead through the sun and wonderful lite grass. Dave do you find the lens wide enough, cause i find the 24 - 70 is not that wide on my 10D. Did you use a Graduted filter her Dave? Congratualtions excellent composition and one of the greatest landscape composition i have seen... Your should be very proud!! Keep it up Link to comment
tony georgiadis 0 Posted September 15, 2004 Composition, light, dof all very well balanced.Congratulations Link to comment
dave_k1 0 Posted September 15, 2004 I think that the 17-40L is wide enough in most cases for me. The only thing that I have that is wider is the 15mm fisheye. In general I have had more success with the 17-40L. I did use a .9 ND grad and a polarizer filter with this image. Thanks for the comments they very much appreciated. Dave Link to comment
