I didn't think I would like the b&w as well as the color version from the thumbnail, but I do. It seems to bring out more details in her skin and eyes. I wonder about adjusting the contrast ever so slightly though?

Howard ... this will never get boring. It just gets more and more inspiring! :-) As with so many of your portraits, I love the expression that you've captured here ... very natural and relaxed. She looks very happy.

Look out, folks! The caped, "Highkey Howard" is lurking around your neighborhood, capturing candid images of unsuspecting town folks, and turning them into work of art. Very, very dangerous, I tell you....^_^

Howard, Kim has a good suggestion. A balancing act may be needed for the contrast, especially along the back hair and her mouth area. Still, I'm amazed at the transformation, and somehow knew a version of this is on its way. ^_^

Like this better than the color shot. More flattering for the subject because it is not so intensely vivid. Still has great detail, just not so intense.

Howard, IMO much much better in B/W.Lovely lady, and Wilson is right, you are a real " dangerous" hunter..... it looks as you are hunting everyday, all day... but the results! justify the hunting.....Pnina
