I know this isn't a technically perfect - it is at best a grab shot

in a pretty freaky sequence but I'd still be interested in hearing

some opinions. Basically what happened is that one of the side

panels shattered (made from glass fibre) and let air into the car

causing the whole bodywork to just blow straight off the chassis at

over 170 mph. Even worse, it was a mate of mine driving the car...

Comments and critique welcome as always.

I got a similar shot once but it was a "Baby Grand" and the whole body flew off the chassis.

I think this guy's problem is he used the wrong tape, Duct Tape works wonders!

Nice shot although the "fixed" version of David's makes it much better.

Here on the left side of the pond we have these places called "chop shops" where stolen cars are taken, stripped of their parts and the parts offered for resale. Now I know that as a friend of yours that Chris would never do anything illegal, but he would have a bright future in the US car theft industry for his talent of stripping the parts off cars just by driving them. ;-) That said, it's a great shot even as a "grab shot."
