fernando penim redondo 0 Posted September 2, 2004 This metal coated "architecture" built in the playground is used for children sliding...(I decided to keep the tree and the lamp in the background to avoid a totally abstract picture). Link to comment
mattshacklady 0 Posted September 2, 2004 Very intersting. The trees in the right don't quite feel right for me. They don't add anything significant I think. Link to comment
digitaldee 0 Posted September 2, 2004 Really a great abstract shot. Why don't you erase digitally those threes (??) in the blue upper right corner? Link to comment
thomak 0 Posted September 2, 2004 The picture is good, the only problem is about the trees on the right! Link to comment
sylvainhamel 0 Posted September 3, 2004 Good composition. Good Color. Very good picture. I would erase the trees (or whatever these things are) too. Link to comment
raywei 0 Posted September 3, 2004 Agree with Thomas, but still a wonderful composition. Congratulations. Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted September 3, 2004 Wonderful composition. Such variations in shading, light and form. And all from a children's slide. Wonderful. Since you chose to keep the tree and light, it does lend reality to this shot. But, from an asthetic point of view, I think one could argue it would be more asthetically pleasing to remove them. So it's reality versus fantasy. I kind of like reality myself, but fantasy is fun! Either way, wonderful job of seeing this! Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted September 3, 2004 Very apealling abstract composition,. Beautiful green, and great eye for seeing that.I agree that the trees are bringing to reality...I would have liked to remain in the abstract... Pnina Link to comment
pablo wünsch blanco 0 Posted September 3, 2004 ... avoid the trees and the lamp. Abstract is good!!! ...anyway great image. 7/7 Link to comment
jwombwell 0 Posted September 3, 2004 I agree with Jayme - It is hard to believe you captured such a vivid abstract shape and the trees just verify that - without the trees it would become very painterly, have you tried it? Link to comment
salvatore.mele 1 Posted September 23, 2004 It's a very powerful -and well framed- subject, but I find my eyes coming back to the trees ans street lamp: i wish they were not there... Link to comment
