digitaldee 0 Posted September 1, 2004 Well-done B&W shot! I would have cropped the pavement a little Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted September 1, 2004 Very nice. I would probably crop a little of the brick in front, but I love it. Link to comment
r_e 0 Posted September 1, 2004 I saw it, I read it - yes, the floor in front is catching too much attention. Its funny, I come from Lionels picture, www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=2657965, posted my www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=2613267, and now the impressive invitation by your photo! sondra kick 0 Posted September 1, 2004 Hi everyone! I hope you like the cropped version better than the other one. Thanks, Sondra Link to comment

wilsontsoi 0 Posted September 2, 2004 I love the depth in this one, Sondra. I in fact like the original brick forground in the front as it invits me to step in to the picture. IMHO, one big improvement would be using a wide focal length (around 28-35mm) to emphasize the depth further, giving you a near/far reference. Still works as is though. ^_^ Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted September 4, 2004 I love the image. I would not crop the pavement in the foreground as I think it adds to the flow of the eye through the image. Link to comment
jkyro 0 Posted April 25, 2005 Hi! I saw your cropped version and compared it to this. This is waaay better. The cropped version lacks one of the most important features of this photo - three dimentionality. Without it (aka the cropped one) it is nothing but beautiful shapes and lighting. Link to comment
