buck_forester 0 Posted August 26, 2004 I had to use a 3-stop hard GND here to keep back the bright sun. Is it still too harsh? Any suggestions appreciated. Gracias Senors and Senoritas and also Senoras. I scanned this image in both English and Spanish for those who are bivisual. Yes, I'm a dork. Link to comment
buck_forester 0 Posted August 26, 2004 Thanks, Gerry! A fine art print of this image costs $1.2 meeeeellion dollars. I don't take American Express or sheep or goats or pigs. If you don't have $1.2 million, I'll take a Starbucks frap and we'll call it even. :^D Link to comment
threeleaf 0 Posted August 26, 2004 with a Starbucks Frap in his hand - and as you may have guessed I don have no meeeeelions .2 of dollars - very funny pricing structure :) Honestly I love this shot - it would be lovely to have it hanging in my home :) Of course you would have to live rather local to Austin Texas for me to get the Frap to you while its still hot :) Link to comment
abintraphoto 0 Posted August 26, 2004 Not sure ........ well - dork, yes ....... the harshness I mean. My 7 year old says you should just crop the right side to near the 1st rock in the water and then she would swap you her slip n' slide for it . (-; Link to comment
sef1664877429 0 Posted August 28, 2004 Not entirely convinced by this one. Personally, prefer cleaner foreground, less rocks, especially since they're interfering with the reflection. Wouldn't matter as much if they were leading somewhere... Also, the orange is VERY orange, not surprising given the Velvia and warm-up, I guess. Just a slight desaturation, maybe? I do like the atmosphere, though, and exposure spot on. Just my opinion. Link to comment
