"Pastel Passion" - A Fantasy in Smoke

This is one of the 157 frames I just shot for my "Birthday Shoot." I

found the colors and the sensual form striking. I hope that you

appreciate the fluid form and subtle colors as much as I do, but

realize that this is not popular with everyone.

I can see a female form in there, (but I guess we're programmed to see that!) and the grace of a lilly too. I love the way the light renders the laminar flow before it gets chaotic. Thankyou for the Technical details as well.

Technical Details

 

Sandalwood incense smoke, lit from below with one strobe and multiple colored gels and another above and behind with a dark gold gel. The colors are as captured, with some saturation push. Comments are appreciated. Thank you. P.S. You might want to have a look at the rest of this folder...

This series is fun and I enjoy the movement and color....It's like watching dancers. I found the images with the incense showing distracting. Keep up the great work!!!

The first one was interesting. The second was beginning to wear thin. I wonder if we're going to get to see all 157. I'm hoping you either find something else to photograph or have another birthday.
