Sparkling eyes

This charming old man is none other than the original scenarist for

the Smurfs comics.

Good: modern design of glasses with old bearded face. Nice crop on the top and right... I would have totally cut the hand part too and go for a squarer portrait... probably chose black and white (to make the yellow starch in the background less apparent and somehow to get better contrast)
