I wonder what abstract assosiations this photo can bring to a

viewer... I assume that you notice that the reflection is not really

a reflection...

Thank you,

Although I do like the overall colour and composition of the shot, I do believe that having the model's hands in different positions does detract from its reflective intent.

Adam Laverty, thank you for your comment. Although different hands position and different toning were intentionally done to signify falsiness of the reflection... they are never true :) even while overall look the same.

To date, I have not been a big fan of digitally manipulated pictures... but there are exceptions, and this is definitely one of them. Begging to differ with the previous poster, I like the fact that the hands are in different positions. To me, it seems to be a battle between a supressed sexuality on the top vs. receptiveness on the bottom. Not sure if this was the intent, but it's my reaction to it. Beyond this psycho-"babble" analysis, I also find the picture visually pleasing.

Graphically I like the image. The lines, shape and form are all very appealing to my eye. When I look at it and think about what I am seeing I don't really care for the models introspective (looking inside herself) pose. Nonetheless, this is a very well executed image.

Love this phot as well as the rest in this folder. Can't wait to take Photos as good as yours. I really like how you had 2 diffrent posses with the ripple in the middle. I would coment on the other photo's but you know they are good so I won't.

Wow, definitely out of my league! Very nice stuff. I like the contrasting hand position personally. This is stunning imagery.

the reflective circles do not work for me. I think that the rest of the photo is wonderful in its scope and detail. I do not know what to recommend in place of the "surface" circles, but they draw the eye to the digitalnature of the photo in an unpleasing manner.

I love your style, it's fresh and different, all of your pics in this file are great !!!! I like the ripples and the hand position change on this one. It is nice to see someone doing some thing out of the ordinary. Great Job !

This is art. Clever, intellectual, original, subtle. Upon a casual look, the differences between the two images are not immediately apparent, which proves that we sometimes assume too much when we look at things. The title causes us to take a second look and it's then that we discover the true merit of this image. Impressive.

nice... at first I didn't even notice that iit was two different pictures, I realized that it was a false reflection but not the change in hand positions. Overall good picture and with more practice I believe you will be a great digital editor.
