You take some of the most premium shots I've ever seen. TORT regularly makes the revisit rounds on my desktop. You're eye is inspirational.
Good picture Nice colors and sharp to!!! congratulations
Maybe a tiny more space in front of him may help? Otherwise I like the foreground it looks like waves as if you were yourself in the water close to him.

A great moment captured. At first I thought placing the face in the lower third of the frame would help balance the photo...but the DOF does it quite well also. That might be something worth toying with if this is a cropped photo.
Very nice capture, color-wise and composition-wise. And he (she ?) looks terrific !
Thank you all for your feedback. David, for the few days that we were in Kona, I noticed that about 3-4 of these turtles would swim up to bask early in the morning. The forth morning, I wandered out to the shallow, rocky area of the beach and I found myself within 15 feet (minimum lawful viewing distance) of this guy swimming around eating algae. This fellow would poke his head up approximately every minute to look around. After 15 minutes of observation, this image was made. David, rest assured that he was not harmed or bothered during his morning routine. Whether or not he was d*mping, only him can tell. ^_^
Revisit Can't a turtle have a cr*p in peace without some human coming along to take a picture of me doing it! It's what I see Wilson! It's what I see!
Turtle's Head Toilet humour. This disturbs me! Good catch. Not too Tsoiish though!
Very nice image!!!!!

Love this one!! You must have felt him swimming right past you!!
Gaetan, Modiani, Damian, Carsten, Hector, and Guido, thank you all for your feedback. Appreciate it. This is pretty close to the original capture and there wasn't anymore room at top or right of image. Thanks. ^_^
Very nice capture.
Like your work.
