Bend but not break

So what are we seeing here.........an old piano, a present for my husband his birthday.......just standing next to our swimmingpool, he prommissed not to put it in the swimmingpool, but you never know........handhold made, some contrast, and I forgot in Paint shop what I did...........I did do something, some sharpening, but that's all.
