aepelbacher 0 Posted August 10, 2004 WHat comments are you looking for here, Howard? I believe that you previously uploaded this shot, and I'm wondering if you changed it somehow for this upload... Link to comment
afterthoughts 0 Posted August 10, 2004 Yes, this is a resubmission. I made a change to toning, realized the first submission was better than the second, etc, etc. Live and learn! Link to comment
dave_nitsche 0 Posted August 10, 2004 Nice image. Not the biggest sepia fan in the world. I would love to see the bathers they are looking at. Well doesn't that sound horribly voyeuristic!!! I should say I would like to see what they are looking at... Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted August 10, 2004 Hi Howard, I don't think that there's that big of a difference in the toning in comparison to the last upload. At least not enough to change the overall result of the image. Perhaps you can post a small example of previous version for viewers to compare? I like the real world, everyday situation that you appear to capture quite effortlessly. Link to comment

afterthoughts 0 Posted August 10, 2004 Worked with original uploaded image. I desaturated just a bit as the original looked a little too orange. I could have just used the edit feature and uploaded and kept the comments and ratings. I decided to delete and start over. The overall ratings were really good. However, one rating was a "1" on aesthetics and a "7" on originality. I believe this was a simple mistake. I decided to start over which is my right as a member. Link to comment

someoneelse 1 Posted August 11, 2004 I didn't follow it, but I understand this is new one, and why is everybody deleting everything??????????? are we afraid of bad ratings.......or are we afraid about the idiots who like to rate low. But the picture Howard I like it. was it on a nude strand, those creepy people who like to watch (LOL) Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted August 11, 2004 I don't know what they are looking at, but it is a nice image, and colors. An every day scene. Pnina Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted August 11, 2004 Howard, may be you can give us all a little clue on what they are watching. My guess would be a little league game of which their grandchild was playing in, yes? Just like you said, "more info, more info, more..." ^_^ BTW, don't let the sometimes wacky ratings dictate too much of what you put up or bring down. What should matter is what YOU like. ljk 0 Posted August 12, 2004 This is really great. I like the way they are both looking in the same direction, similar hats. They've been together a million years... Link to comment
