Good use of background color, nice macro

Hello Sondra, It is nice to meet you. Thank you for the nice comments you made on a couple of my images. I truly appreciate them. I love this image here. I wish I new the species of the spider. You may have seen mine also. Yours here is better . . . more clarity. Keep up the good work, and I hope to talk to you more in the future. ;-)

This is a stitch spider (see the stitch in the web). They are big and fast. I have a shot of one wrapping up it's catch in my portfolio. Nice detail and good DOF. It's harder than it looks to get a clear shot of both spider and web.

We have these spiders in East Texas, call them Halloween spiders since they seem to come out close to Halloween. Nice capture.
