Here is a 100% crop, as the original image is a 6mp image scaled down to 720x480.

From yesterdays critique, I'm trying to get a bigger dof and get

more of the little blighter in focus.

 

Is this better than the shallow dofs I posted yesterday ? I cant

decide - I like shallow dof...

tremendous clarity, lovely colors. if you don't mind "doctoring" the photo, you might want to extend the pink red background throughout. but its very very good as is.

Great macro work. The color is unreal.
