I didn't check before to see if this was manipulated as the neck and head seem to protrude a very strange angle from one's neck. BUT I really like the image you have gotten. There is something unique about the timing and feel of it, like street photography, but... not. It's also cool how half a profile shot just sticks out from the edge, that is classic.

Great! I like the blured background (by PS?) gives a 3d looks to the shot here. WEll done.

It looks like a case of pretty faulty photoshop editing to my eye. Though the idea may have been worth exploring, the editing skills have fallen by the wayside.

Photoshop is a tool...period. This is awful, that blurred background OMG, please use your camera settings to control DOF, not Photoshop, the way you have the head pokinginto the phot, looks like an Ostrich. I realize you're one of the "favored" photogs on the board, but even you favorites do bad work at times and this is one of those times. Ack!
