But for the fireworks, sometimes I get up, and this year I went to

see it. It was vachement super and I took some photos, dont voici

quelques unes I offer to you before de partir en holidays.

 

À bientôt, goodbye, auf Wiedersehen, arrivederci, adiós!

Peter, it has been manipulated. It is a photomontage with four shots. The background is the sky with the Eiffel tower, shot taken before the beginning of the fireworks when the tower was still illuminated. I have darken the sky. A second shot is the firework at the feet of the tower. It was really at this place but the tower was not illuminated at this moment. A third shot is the rockets you can see on the bridge, and a fourth one is the blue shower in the sky. Yet, it could have not been manipulated because in true, all allong the show there where fireworks at the same time at these three places. The only thing untrue is that the Eiffel tower was not illuminated.

That's my favourite of the fireworks series,in particoular I like the deep blue tone.

This is a very nicely done montage. I really like it.

Manipulated or not manipulated it's well done.

Do you appreciate how lucky you are to live in this beautiful country. I am sure that I was born to the wrong family in the wrong country :-) I love your images

Very nice work. You can not tell this was sliced togther, and the end photos is wonderful.

Quelle belle composition... Peut-etre un peu plus d'espace en haut et en bas seraient bienvenus, mais c'est un d鴡il, et si la nettet頥st parfaite, c'est une photo se vendrait surement...

Henri, I just got back in town. This is smashingly wonderful! I'm sure you know the high regard I hold for the Eifel, and this is great!

Good collage. It really provided a gist of the celebration. Colors of the tower pops out well in the black background. Excellent!

C'est vrai, Marc, j'aimerais aussi un peu plus d'espace en haut et en bas, mais en bas il y avait une barri貥 de s飵rit鬠et en haut eh bien, j'ai positionn頬'appareil pour englober une assez grande portion de ciel, dans laquelle la mojorit頤es gerbes s'est maintenue, mais celle-ci est mont饠vraiment tr賠haut. Cela dit, puisque j'ai trich頡vec Photoshop j'aurais pu en effet ajouter un peu de ciel au-dessus.
