samuelclarke 0 Posted July 25, 2004 No I think the dark forground adds to the impact of the sun on the mountains. Only thing I'd say is that maby the photo would look nicer if there was more mountain in the photo and less rocks. Apart from that great photo. Link to comment
stewdbaker 0 Posted July 25, 2004 Well, I personally like this image quite a bit. The almost juxtiposition makes me a little sea sick, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Very intriging. Very original. Not may eyes would have seen this image. I also like the framing. 7/7 Link to comment
dwm1953 0 Posted July 25, 2004 What can I say? This is the best of your current group. The blue level seems perfect to me. (Funny aside, one of your other images looks too yellow to me and you think this one is too blue - one of us needs to get his monitor profiled!) The darkness is OK, but a simple levels adjustment adds just the right touch of luminosity to the foreground IMO. One other thing, maybe I need to up the dosage, but the voices in my head keep telling me this would look best like this... Link to comment
stewdbaker 0 Posted July 26, 2004 Well David (Miller), you better look out one of those big rocks is about to hit you on the head! I think David (Katz) has it rotated correctly. Up the dosage. LOL Just kidding. Pay back for the brightly colored lizard remarks. :-) Link to comment
cjrupp 0 Posted August 21, 2004 David, a great effort here. Color of foreground is OK, IMO maybe a little less of it. All in all a well planned and executed image. Link to comment
