This photo was taken before the "Piazza Grande" (see in the same

folder). The rain was falling like a true deluge. The water ran down

the sloping streets of Arezzo like mountain streams. With my wife and

daughter we stopped under a porch. I installed my camera on the

tripod and took this shot of the little street in front of us. What

do you think of it ?

I think you might have cutted the first quarter of the left side, just before the street name; I Think it detracts attention (to me !) ;-) 5/5

Now, I understand what u mean! ;-)

Anyway, bad weather is not too bad for photos to me and your shot here is an example: great colour saturation and lovely mood; the same photo with a shining sun wouldn't have the same appeal IMHO.

Henri, very nice capture. The wet alley, the fog, and the back light all work well together. Nicely done!

Very interesting Henry. A nice and moody shot in difficult conditions. But you managed to take advantage of the bad weather to capture an intriguing scene. Congrats!
