aim sorry I really dont know what questions to ask, my knowledg of

photography is just about 2% I took 20 photos in my entier life, and

now with the plesure Iv goten from a few of my favorit, aim ready to

obtain a good 35m camera and have some more fun!

I understand this photo may seem redicule to most of you guys,

however animals are my first love and they are opening the doors to

photography for me, hopefully with your help one day most of my

photos will be taken in PNG and Asia not in my back yard.

Mmm...lizard like pretty salad bar.

Your critique request sounds like you're hunkered down before your computer, waiting to reap the whirlwind. Surprise -- this is not a bad shot at all, and I like it. Some suggestions for next time: the partial appendage on the left edge is distracting, I'd crop it out; the yellow patch under the lizard's chin is distracting, next time position yourself to hide pathes like that behind the lizard; and the lighting here is a little too neutral, I'd work to see about getting some more contrast in. Otherwise, well done.

belive it or not! I hade to check your first sentens in the dictionary to understand its meaning, and yes you are right! all you have pointed, I have totaly missed, exept for the gloved finger on lower left, I need to understand your comment about the lighting. many thanks for your help, I really didnt know what to look for, I was concerned with the bleury back ground and the fear expression in the eye.

I have put together a website concerning the various members of the mangrove monitor species-complex. With your permission, may I add this photo to the site? Full credit would of course be given.
