jennifercatron 9 Posted July 16, 2004 Simple stock shots like these are nice to look at and are great for mass quality producing in a small size to fill in spaces, but it lacks the basic essence of the person taking the shot, a signature if you will. beaz 0 Posted July 18, 2004 Yes, it is ordinary in that the subject is very common, but it is pleasant to look at. It is interesting in that most people don't normally see these objects from this perspective - they are typically underfoot. I would hang something like this on my wall, but I may not be typical. Once the "wow" wears off a picture, there needs to be something essential that makes you want to look at it one more time. And that, of course is in the eye of the beholder!
