Don't start about shooting off center :). I didn't want to have it off center. I want it deadcentered.

Dead center is not a bad thing in this instance. I like how the port hole (or what seems to be a port hole)and the bird's eye are on the same line.

No matter how much I say I like it, I refuse to consider eating it. I'll agree that centered is nice for this one and that it's only a rule of thumb to be tried and discarded if not the best option. That's not the word of an expert, just the sense that I get as an observer who also tries to compose photos. Good job.
