Thanks for the comment, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Do you suggest I would crop all the grass and still have the tree left?

Hi again Peter. No, if you could go again to the place were you have take this image you could try to make a more simple image with the tree and the background divide in 2 equal area, the sky and the sea. The point of view must be closer to the tree also. Cropping is not a solution. Sorry, but I'm trying to help. Regards, Paulo

Oh no! Don't take the grass away. But some cheating with PS wouldn't hurt if you would like the grass edge to be parallel with the horizon.
