Heere fishy fishy.... (Black crowned night heron fishing for herring)

Most shots of this bird i have seen also have the water flow frozen.

I took this while the bird was fishing(it didnt catch anything in 3

hrs) in some rapids. Does this environment(moving water, stationary

bird) work in this case. Please comment. Thanks in advance.
