Not sure why this image makes me laugh. It doesn't matter but are these birds cloned in PS? I like this image a lot. It's a shame the colors in the background seem so faded. Smog? Nice work.

Hello David, the only critique I could offer is that it appears that on the right side of the pilings there is a change in density on the background trees, as though you were dodging the sides of the pilings and it spilled over to the background.

Minimal PS. No cloning!!! These birds hang out on the pilings like this all the time. They are also very sensitive to movement which is why the closest piling lost its bird. I will reduce the blue cast later today. BTW, the pilings are 20 meters apart.

I like it, but I think I'd like it better if the compression of the pilings/birds were greater, by getting a slightly different angle on it (moving to the picture right).

The colour has been improved with PS CS using a curves adjustment, 9:45 pm PST, 7/1/04.
