Simply, a beautiful picture. And it is great how you photoshopped out the bracket that is holding her up! I'm 0 months pregnant (and a boy) and don't think I could hold that stance. God bless her! (and the baby too!!) Congratulations on thep hoto!

This says a lot about its subject. What she must be feeling about now really comes through. Some might not like the lack of horizontal horizon, and the way her body looks tired and mis-shapen, however that is exactly the way she must be feeling this late in her pregnancy. Very sensitive and unusual aproach to this topic.

Could have been a great photo, had the horizon been level and the colours not so very flat IMHO!!!!!!!!

Who said that if the horizon is not completly horizontal makes a picture composition bad. She was climbing that rock and I want her body to be as vertical as posible. For me the way the horizon is in the picture just tells tells more about the strenght she is performing at that moment. By the way she is there by herself, she is a very strong woman. Looks tired probably because this was at the very end of the session. I felt bad asking her doing this kind of poses but she was very excited about the project.

I have three daughters and personally like how the beauty of a woman increase in all ways when she is pregnant, is the beauty of creation within her. Blessings Sean.

Byron, I'm with you on the horizontal horizon, why does everyone look at the horizon instead of the picture? Because they are pre-programmed that the world is flat and that if there is an horizon it has to be a landscape. Where the hell has the creativity and imagination gone with so many people when they try to capture a feeling rather than a scene. Beautiful picture with all the elements coming together to give a powerful yet natural look.

Tony, thak you for your comment.

I personally believe that rules exists to make things work better and I asume that a rule was created because it applies to almost all the situations and even can help someone do not to make a mistake in certain cases, but in art related issues I don't really like to follow rules. Is not that I like to be a rebel. In art you call that attitude being creative. Imagine Picasso following the rules of his generation. I sure he was influenced by many rules and then he came with a new thing that does not really has to be a new rule.

For example, istead of looking that the horizon is not horizontal why don't people look at the parallelism existed betwen the horizon and the rock edge. Art or visual expresions can be interpretated from many points of view. I wannt to have a creative mind not a follower one. Rules are good but don't be ruled by rules be guided by them.

Just my personal opinion.

By the way, everyone can tell it is the horizon even thought is not horizontal or what about shooting with a eye fish lens, still people can tell is the horizon even if is rouded, so should I flaten the horizon then.

Thank you all
