Like looking into a crystal ball.

I'm sure some people will disagree but I think that the reflection of the photographer spoils it.

ill disagree. i think reflection photos of yourself is a case by case thing and this one works for me. Perhaps a somewhat sharper focus on the ball for better detail but at the same time the blurryness makes it dreamlike. titling it self portrait makes me wonder how you see yourself. Enjoy your portfolio. thanks for your comment. yes... scarlet begonias is one of those photos that will never ever rate high but maybe carrys more weight to a handful of people because it can be autobiographical or maybe they have emotions that go with the song. thanks. keep shooting!
