cghubbell 0 Posted June 18, 2004 This image was taken with my digicam on a spring hike through Webster's North Ponds Park. I loved the brilliant yellow and the glass like lake. When the gulls landed in front I had to take the shot. This was my first experiment with Neat Image as the sky was quite noisy. Your comments would be appreciated as always. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted June 18, 2004 Christopher, Indeed, a scene which would be hard to pass by without exposing a frame or two on it. The gulls are pure serendipity as they do enhance the shot. Good idea to minimize the amount of space dedicated to the sky area. The (over?) saturation you have chosen gives the shot a Velvia like rendition (film? Oh, no!:) Worthy result for your efforts. Best, LM. Link to comment
hiroya 0 Posted June 19, 2004 Resolution of 3.14 megapixels is not so high in these days, but, at least on PCs, so much resolution is not necessary to present a beautiful images in normal size if the photographer had a good skills, senses and the chances. I think this excellent work proved it well. Link to comment
