For me DOF too narrow for this one and her left wrist / arm are at a strange angle.

Florian... I kind of like the perspective of this shot: It aids the eye from the hand, to the woman's slightly blurred face, to her left blurry hand and then back to the focal point. Sometimes a more shallow DOF can work wonderfull for movement through a photo!!

Beautiful, I think the focus is fine. She creates a nice diagnal line in the frame and since her head is softly focused your attention is drawn down the diagnal to her hand. It works very well.
