'Whi(te)biscus'

This was something i shot last year, and did upload it earlier, but i

was very new to the site and i dont think many people have seen this

photo of mine so i am reloading it for critic. would love to hear

your feedback and constructive criticisms. cheers! and happy shooting!

..well then, it's a nice studio shot of a photogenic subject matter, which you executed well in general. I like the stamen's constrast against the background, and the general tonality of the petals. The folded bottom petal, the peek-a-boo stem end don't work in its favor. The composition is fine, but can be cropped tighter.

Sure emphasize the subject more, Pradeep. Question: Is that lower petal curled inward or outward (can't quite tell)?

actually i felt that was the highlight of this picture, the petal twriling inwards. :)

I think sometimes people are intimadated by art and do not know what to say. They can only rate, which does not make them vulnerable. I think this is one of those times. The image is highly professional.

This is just lovely! I like it w/ or without the crop. To me, it doesn't effect the image overall. Nice content! Very good white on white!

Very nice studio shot. I think I like the uncropped version best. For me, the space provides more balance.

nah no studio, this was shot in the floor of my room on a white paper and an umbrella for to bounce the flash :)
