Palm Readings

Obvious but, I think, amusing. I'm wondering whether it should be

cropped from the bottom or if I need the lower part of the booth.

does not seem to tell much of a story to me in a photojournalism since and there is not much to see other than the big sign. i guess the palm is the point of interest.

I think it falls into the category of human interest; obviously the upraised palm and the sign make a pun. That's at least what I was aiming for. Palm readers tell the future, thus it's ironic to see one smoking a cigarette.

Since you posed the question... Here's one observer who has visited this image several times now. As far as I'm concerned, you don't need the bottom part. It is a good capture of a funny and ironic moment in time. Well spotted, Steve.
