This couple engages in a prolonged goodbye, believing themselves

unobserved, Budapest's Keleti (international) train station. Your

comments and ratings are very welcome. (Please submit a

constructive comment with any harsh or negative ratings/Please share

your superior knowledge to help me improve my photography.) Thanks

and Enjoy! John.

Uncanny timing and vision here, John - well taken.

This woman really did say "Goodbye" in a way that would say "don't forget me" in a more explicit manner than this photo reveals. I looked at the other of seven photos I took of this couple parting, and a giant blowup of one of such very sharp photos revealed something that surprised me. After seeing that, I am sure he will return to her. It is now absolutely clear to me that they were entirely unaware they were being observed or could be observed. John ;-))

What I saw on the blowup would not be allowed to be shown on Photo.net, no matter what, despite any sort of entreaties to Brian Mottersfeld or not. It is not blatant, and might conceivably even have been posted, but boy would I have been red-faced as it was pulled down when spotted. This may be somewhat of an adult site for the art photos allowed, but not that. John

This is a 'street' photo, taken within the last year, but it appears to be 'timeless' and perhaps belongs in my 'Early B&W Portfolio' and it appears it would well stand a conversion into

B&W.

After all, isn't this just a B&W 'street photo' posted in color?

Let me know if you think it should be desaturated into B&W and posted in my Early B&W folder, would you?

Here is the above photo, converted to B&W, using channel mixer, using check the box for monochrome.

Should I post it in my Early B&W folder?

This is a photo I'd like to be remembered by. The subject is small amid a 'large' setting, and almost hidden from view. I have taken a similar device (the small subject amid a large scene) numerous times since this was taken.

It is one of my 'little gems'. And you should see the one with his penis in her hands. That won't be posted, of course.

I never noticed this before, but the train coach I was standing on (in the vestibule), is reflected in the window of the train coach door, at middle/upper left in this photo.

For, to take this, I had to be standing on a train coach, and that particular train coach had an open door -- it originated in Budapest and simply stood there, motionless for the better part of an hour, while people boarded at will, before it departed (on time).

Since I had a camera/lens combination and stood on the vestibule or the end of one train coach, near where they join, I was able to spy this through the open door of my train coach -- the steps were below me, to the platform.

This really was a simple photo to take, and the surprise was to review my captures, and, however, blurry, to find that there was 'male flesh' in the young woman's hands hand, as it was held downward, in a prior capture; that I had not seen personally through the viewfinder, but I had sensed that level of intimacy. That capture was sufficiently blurry and I did not then know sharpening that although I 'knew' what it was, it never has been printed with clarity and maybe never will be.

Readers, perhaps that new information puts the caption in a little different light?
