'Pear Leaves (pun intended)'

Kodaikanal has lots of pear trees, and this photo is that of the

leaves of the pear tree, the pun of pear and pair are intended

here :) would love to hear your feedback, ratings and comments. I

know this is a simple photo of leaves, but theres something very

pleasant and nice about it :) cheers and happy shooting!

I love the colours and composition. I just think that u would probably had better result with some more dof in such a way to take fine also the leaf in the background.

Foreground leaf: great (lot of detail and great colors), background leaf: not so good. I would like this better if the second leaf wasn't there. Overall a very nice picture indeed. You always manage to get great pictures using your G2!

I could see a broken heart..

The pathetic sight of a young man's(green color)heart(the leaf's shape)thats been crushed(the veins symbolising the breaks)due to the rejection from a stone-hearted female(the background leaf?),who just leaves him and walks off.

What can I say after all these comments. This obviousley is an intellectual photograph.

Very sharp details on front leaf. I like it. Simple. Understated. A simple oject always has the rick of being boring. The manages to keep my interest. Doesn't blow me away buy is still pleasnat to look at.

Likewise, it's a pleasing subject matter with nice detail, pleasantly isolated with shallow depth of field, good composition, but I personally don't respond to something like this.

I like it. But I'd like it better if leaf were a little lighter. Good treatment of a very familiar subject. Regards.

Pradeep good shot and I in a way love the out of focus back leave I think it emphasizes more your main subject.well done

We see leaves a lot, but somehow this one stands out... maybe because there are two, or maybe because it's made in square. The one on the left needs more sharpness IMHO
