Re-posted from earlier today because the first image ended up

being way to big for display. This one should be more

managable. Any way, long story short-this is scanned from a

darkroom print shot a few years ago. I was back expermenting

with digital infared with my Digital Rebel this April, but the results

from that don't even compare to medium format and true IR film.

Any comments are welcome.

This location is in Fleming County, Kentucky. This is actually the house my mother was born in. My uncle owns the land now, so it's still in the family and I try to take a few pictures whenever I make it back down there. Thanks for the nice comment!

I like the clarity of the picture... also composition is good (as much as I am capable to appreciate a composition). how long was the exposure? Congratulation...

I do not recall what the exact exposure time was on this one. I was bracketing my shots that day, one exposure over and one under the reading from my light meter.

I LOVE IT !!! 7/7 Pat. It is a perfect infrared shot, one of the best I ever saw! Bravo, sincerely. You are deeply talented! I'm sure it is not always easy to work with that kind of film.

this is such a great shot!!!! I love this IR technique and hope to do some of it someday. I have been told by Canon that my little 4MP is not capable of IR so someday maybe. Anyway, need to get better at what I do. Keep up the good work.
