This is a wonderful portrait, Bente. She seems completely uninhibited by the camera. I love the detail that you've captured here ... in her freckles, in the eyelashes, even in the textures in her hat. Her placement in the frame is perfect. The expression on her face is also wonderful. Hope her parents will have a copy of this for their wall!! :-)

Thanks Lou Ann for your very nice comment. Of her posing I can tell shew knew she was being photographed but payed me no attention and kept on talking with her frinds of what was going to happen later that day .... and she has a "thing" with hats ... loves them.

This is really excellent. Sometimes I feel portraits don't get the attention they deserve on this site. It is a much more difficult task than any landscape or still life. What wonderful talent you have......
